Testing will show how much leakage is occurring in the property. LEAKS, ENERGY going out = MONEY$$$ going out.
This also effects the QUALITY OF AIR, comfort levels. On average the combined leaks in a home equal the same effect of leaving a window 2ft x 2ft open 24 hours, losing cool/heated air.
Testing will show that leaks exist, repairs/solutions are required to achieve better efficiency and to obtain required standard in order to receive the building CO(Certificate of Occupancy) by code.
It is a REQUIRED TEST to receive your Building CO to finalize your building project.
We provide the building official a written test result to submit to the Building Department at the time of the test.
